The Centre for Psychotherapy provides an extensive range of counselling and psychotherapy support services at affordable rates, from individual therapeutic sessions, couples and family therapy to support groups and customised workshops, trainings and talks.
Mental health matters, for each person. At the Centre for Psychotherapy, we believe that professional mental health care and support should be affordable and accessible.
In partnership with the National Council for Social Services (NCSS), we provide subsidised rates for counselling sessions. Find out more here.

Talks, Workshops & Programmes
We draw from our extensive professional experiences running talks, workshops and programmes, designing content for a range of audiences, from corporate professionals, parents and caregivers, to youth and justice-involved persons.
We collaborate closely with our partners to co-create purposeful goals, facilitate experiential learning and design applicable, relevant content and takeaways for sustained application and development.
Areas of focus include, and are not limited to, managing stress and anxiety, coping with addiction, self awareness and identity, youth intervention and development, managing and resolving conflict, parenting, volunteer support and communication.
