About Us

Finding Inspiration and Empathy in Every Turn

At the Centre for Psychotherapy (C4P), we believe healing starts with a personal touch.

Since 2003, we’ve had the honour of supporting individuals, families, and communities through life’s many challenges. What makes our work especially meaningful is that most people who come to us do so because of a heartfelt recommendation from someone they trust -- someone who has already experienced the care and transformation we offer.

From the very beginning, giving back has been at the core of who we are. Through our subsidised services, we ensure that those who need help but cannot afford it still receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve. We believe mental health matters, your mental health matters.

We may be a small practice, but our vision is  to make mental health care accessible, empathetic, and life-changing for everyone. We’re grateful for every individual who walks through our doors, and we remain committed to creating a safer, healthier world -- one person at a time.

Respect

Respect is a fundamental pillar at the Centre for Psychotherapy, to create a safe and trusting environment where clients feel valued and understood.

This promotes individual dignity and acknowledges the unique experiences of each client. It empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing journey, leading to greater self-awareness and personal agency.
